“After two years of hard work, we are proud to announce that we are now a GMP-licensed facility for the manufacturing of medicines and the packaging of cannabis flower,” Erik Janse van Rensburg, co-founder of Green Pharma has announced in a post on his LinkedIn page. “This is a major milestone for our business and an important step towards building a compliant, world-class cannabis and pharmaceutical manufacturing platform in South Africa.”
Green Pharma is focused purely on third party manufacturing and is in the market to accept flower from GACP compliant suppliers across South Africa.
“We are officially open for business and collaboration,” Erik says. “We are ready to partner with businesses, brands, investors, and industry stakeholders to unlock the opportunities in the South African cannabis and pharmaceutical markets.”
