Veteran cannabis investor JP Doran’s venture capital company, Crucial Innovations Corp. has extended its footprint into South Africa with a potentially lucrative deal with Gauteng-based CannaBudGrow (CBG). The comprehensive management contract sees CIC pocket almost all revenue in return for stabilizing CBG and leveraging its product internationally.
